The hospital staff of 2 South B was simply amazing. The professionalism and bed side manner were exceptional. There were no problems while caring for my husband Joseph Wilkins. This hospital's doctors, nurses and even the cleaning staff made the last 20 days of my husband's life the best they could be. But, it gave his family a memorable stay at a medical facility we had never experience before. It would get a 10 star rating from me if possible. Thank you!
I am very glad with this Hospital We can with my little kid at the emergency room and they took as right way, and the nurses and the Doctor were very nice and very kind.my husband an I don't have any complaint!
I had surgery 8-21-18 and could not have asked for better care . very friendly staff . A week later I got a card in the mail signed by the surgical staff . I was so surprised I have never got a card from a medical staff before , it was very touching. Thanks for the great care.
From ER to being admitted, my husband and I were very pleased with his care. Thorough testing, nurses were kind and attentive. In fact, most everyone was very friendly. Special shout out to Kelvin, one of our RNs. Awesome guy. I had to add to this review. My husband has been to outpatient surgery 2x in the last month and is currently in the PCU. Both times in outpatient we had an absolutely wonderful nurse, Christine G. Her knowledge, compassion, and sense of humor was wonderful. I could not be more pleased with the care here.
I was a little leery about this hospital when my orthopedic dr scheduled me to have my knee surgery here just because I have heard horror stories about the place. Today they proved me wrong! Everyone from nurses to registration to anesthesiologist and my dr were wonderful!! They all made me feel comfortable, everyone was very thorough when it came to explaining procedures! I don’t like the ER...that department is horrible!!...but the pre and post op was awesome! Two thumbs up!👍 👍
Very professional and friendly staff. Very impressive
ER visit: Went on a Saturday morning, waiting room was empty and we were seen immediately. Nurses and doctor kept us in the loop for medication being given and treatment plan. Hospital offers 20% off insurance copay if you pay during your visit.
Thought I fell and broke my hand, they took good care of me and i was out of there in less of 2 hours even with xrays. Amen! no broke bones.
I had a spinal cord simulator procedure ,which was preformed by Dr. Nadeem Khan at John Randolph Medical Center. Dr. Khan was very informative and professional throughout the procedure. The staff at the hospital were very professional and courteous. The showed a sincere concern and took excellent care of me. They treated me with the upmost respect. Without a doubt I would recommend Dr. Khan and John Randolph Medical Center.
Every time I have had to visit the ER , either as a patient or with a family member, the nurses have been warm and friendly , knowledgeable and professional. The physicians , NP, and PA's are the same. I won't take my family to another hospital because of this . Love my local hospital.
Parking isn't far from buildings. That is unusual & appreciated. It's easy to access via RT. 10, Iron bridge Road East into Hopewell crossing the bridge. Open & simple to locate, the site is pretty & relaxing. How many hospitals can say that? It offers what is needed & standard regarding a cafeteria. The staff is a mixed bag, so I don't have much to share. What is good are the people who extend care & kindness in a difficult environment. Those folks are in all kinds of jobs & very appreciated. To me, they are the heroes. Look for that in a custodian who holds a door or server who offers information, clerk or registrar who gives cheer & patience.
The past two days my elderly mother has had appointments here. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Every area I've been in (outpatient and radiology) have been extremely clean. Very professional and pleasant experience.
